Shipping

 

1. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders come with shipping costs that vary based on the province and the weight of the items. These costs are calculated during the ordering process.

We offer the option of FREE SHIPPING to the Spanish and Portuguese mainland on all orders exceeding 50€. (Free shipping is applicable to purchases with merchandise values exceeding 50€, excluding shipping costs.

Mainland Shipping:
If your order total is below 50€. We offer a flat shipping fee of 4.99€.

Island Shipping:
For deliveries to the islands, shipping costs are weight-dependent. The precise amount will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. Simply enter your address, and the system will determine the shipping cost based on the weight of your package.

Deliveries of our orders are made from Monday to Fridays, non holiday. All orders placed before 12:00 AM are processed on the same day and delivered by the transport agency the next day, meaning within 24 hours from the order placement. Orders placed after 12:00 AM will be processed the next day, resulting in a delivery time of 48 hours. Orders placed between Friday after 12:00 AM and Sunday will be delivered by the transport agency on Monday. Deliveries don’t occur on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email or SMS when the delivery company collects your order.

 

2. ORDER TRACKING

You can track the status of an ongoing order or review previous orders by accessing “My Account” located in the upper right area of the page. After entering your identifying information, you will be provided with detailed information about your recent orders on our website, including purchase date, ongoing order status, detailed order composition, and more.

 

 

Returns

 

1. RECEIVED INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT 

Upon receiving your order, you should immediately inspect it to verify its correctness before opening and consuming the products. If you have received an incorrect order or the products are damaged or defective, please accept our apologies first. While these cases are quite rare, we will strive to resolve this issue with you as soon as possible. To receive a refund or replacement for products, you must return the order or product in the same condition you received it, within 30 days from the day of receipt.

 

2. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Our Return Policy does not affect your rights as a consumer.

 

3. RETURN A PRODUCT

We do not offer returns of food products. Ensuring the quality of our candy is our priority. Therefore, our products are stored in our own warehouse under our control. As soon as a product leaves our warehouse and has been at the home of a private customer, we can no longer guarantee that this product has been stored correctly. If we receive products back, such as those sent by mistake, we don’t sell them. We dispose of them to ensure your safety.

 

4. RETURNED ITEM COSTS

We will only cover return shipping costs for incorrect orders and for products that are damaged or defective. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

 

5. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

If you are not satisfied with the method we have applied to handle your return or replacement of any product, please accept our apologies.
