Finding an Item
To locate an item, in the main menu of the page you can access various categories and groupings of products. Placing an Order
It’s quite straightforward. Simply add the product to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. You can continue shopping for other items or proceed with your order, including the selected products, by clicking the “Place Order” link in the upper-right menu of the page. Once you proceed with the order, all transactions from that point forward are conducted under a secure connection, ensuring the confidentiality of your data. A screen will prompt you for your user ID and password. If you are a registered customer, you only need to enter these details. If you are not registered yet and wish to do so, you can register from the link provided at the bottom of the page or in the menu to obtain a user ID and password for future transactions on our website. You can purchase products, receive information about offers and promotions, and track your orders from your customer profile, which will store your personal data, eliminating the need to re-enter it in future purchases. It is also possible to make a purchase without registration. In this case, you need to fill out a form with your address details and payment method, which will only be used to process the current order.
Payment Process
In the next step, a summary of the order and customer profile data is displayed for review, including the shipping address. You can also choose to have the order delivered to an address different from the registered one; shipping costs will be assigned based on the chosen destination. If identification is unsuccessful, the issuer informs S.L Godis Fábrica to take appropriate action. This window is beyond S.L Godis Fábrica control, and any issues arising from it are the responsibility of the issuer. Please contact the issuer if you encounter any such situation. Finally, a page will confirm the successful processing of the order and display the order number. The purchasing process is complete.
